Submission of notice to remove copyrighted content:
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notice that includes the following information:

5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Please submit the aforementioned information to our designated copyright agent at: contact@ezcomparison.com. Our agent will conduct a thorough investigation of your notice, including locating and contacting the party responsible for uploading the content.

Submission of counter notice to restore removed content:
If you believe that your material or Content has been mistakenly or wrongly removed, please provide us with a written counter-notification that includes the following information:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
2. A description of the material that was removed and its previous location on the Site (e.g., the URL).
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel for any judicial matters, or alternatively, any judicial district in which we may be found, and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Please submit the aforementioned information to our designated copyright agent at: contact@ezcomparison.com. Our agent will conduct a thorough investigation of your counter-notification, including locating and reaching out to the Publisher who uploaded the content.

Please note that we will forward any complete counter-notifications we receive to the person who submitted the original DMCA notice. The original claimant may choose to file a lawsuit against you for copyright infringement. If we do not receive notice of a filed lawsuit within ten (10) business days after we provide notice of your counter-notification, we will restore the removed materials. Until that time, your materials will remain removed. A copy of the original DMCA takedown notice will be provided upon request.

When submitting your notice or counter-notification, please ensure that you have complied with all the requirements mentioned above. If we require additional information to complete your DMCA notice or counter-notification, please provide it promptly. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the processing of your DMCA notice or counter-notification being delayed or halted.

Furthermore, please ensure that all the information you provide is accurate. We may disclose any communications regarding DMCA notices or other intellectual

property complaints to relevant third parties, including the Publisher or end user who posted the allegedly infringing material.
